QUICK TIPS

Design aesthetics change all the time. What’s trendy today might look outdated next year.

But one principle never fades: simplicity.

  • A cluttered header with 12 menu items, 6 social media links, a search box, and a subscribe button? Overwhelming.

  • A homepage packed with too many galleries or service options? Confusing.

A clean website isn’t about just white space or big fonts—it’s about prioritization. Guide visitors toward what truly matters. Fewer choices = better user experience = more trust.

2. 🔠 Plural vs. singular — tiny words, big impact

Word choice matters — even something as simple as using plural or singular.

Here’s the rule of thumb:

  • Use plural for pages that list multiple items:

✅ Galleries, Videos, Projects, Workshops, Events, Prints, Stories, Tours

  • Use singular for collective or abstract nouns:

✅ Blog, Shop, Archive, Fine Art, Multimedia, Search

Calling a page “Gallery” when it displays multiple galleries creates a mismatch that can confuse users. Stay consistent with what the page actually contains.
